2. Visiting the website and hosting
When you visit this website, technically necessary connection data is processed, in particular IP address, time, requested address, amount of data transferred, referrer and information about the browser used. This processing serves to provide the website securely and reliably and to defend against attacks. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (DSGVO).
The website is provided via the platform of Cloudflare, Inc., 101 Townsend St., San Francisco, CA 94107, USA (Cloudflare Workers). Cloudflare processes the connection data mentioned on our behalf on the basis of a data processing agreement under Art. 28 GDPR (DSGVO) and protects the website against attacks and overload. The data is processed in data centres close to the respective visitor; a transfer to the USA cannot be ruled out in this process (see section 6). The domain is registered with IONOS SE, Elgendorfer Str. 57, 56410 Montabaur; our email mailboxes also run via IONOS. The connection to the website is encrypted using TLS (HTTPS).
3. Cookies, statistics and external content
This website does not set any cookies and does not compile visitor statistics. We do not embed any external fonts, maps, videos, social media plugins, analytics or advertising services; all content, including the 3D view of the products, is loaded from our own domain.
The AR function of the 3D view opens Apple AR Quick Look on iPhone and iPad and the browser's AR function on other devices, directly on your device. The camera is used locally only; we do not receive any camera images.
4. Contacting us and enquiries
You can reach us by email, by telephone and via the enquiry forms on this website. When you contact us, we process the information you provide, that is, project type, club, municipality or company, email address, in the detailed enquiry form the location of the facility, and, voluntarily, name, telephone number, notes and information about the facility and site (for example masts, hall dimensions, league level, address or map link), in order to handle your request and, where applicable, to initiate or perform a contract. Club, municipality or company and the email address are required so that we can reply. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (DSGVO), and for general enquiries Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (DSGVO).
So that we can assign enquiries correctly, the form additionally transmits the page of this website from which you submitted it, as well as the page of this website you visited beforehand or the domain of the website from which you came to us. This information is not stored in your browser. The enquiry is stored in a database at Cloudflare and sent to us by email.
To protect against misuse and spam, we automatically check entries for plausibility, query the domain of your email address via DNS and count enquiries per sender. We use your IP address for this only as a hash value that changes daily and that we delete after three days. We delete entries classified as spam after 30 days and all other enquiries in the database after 12 months at the latest. The legal basis for the protection against misuse is Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (DSGVO); our legitimate interest is a working, spam-free enquiry form.
Your data is deleted as soon as it is no longer required for handling your request. Where messages count as business correspondence, we retain them for the period required by law (for example six years under § 257 Handelsgesetzbuch, German Commercial Code).
To protect against automated enquiries, we use the Cloudflare Turnstile service on pages with an enquiry form. For this purpose, when these pages are called up, Cloudflare processes technical data from your browser and your IP address in order to distinguish humans from bots. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (DSGVO); our legitimate interest is a working, spam-free enquiry form. It is not possible to submit the form without this check; however, you can also reach us by email and telephone.
5. External links
Links to external websites, such as funding bodies and sources, are only followed when you click on them. From that point on, the respective provider processes data under its own responsibility, possibly also outside the European Union. Its privacy information applies.
6. Recipients and transfers to third countries
Recipients of your data are, within TRiALED GmbH, the employees responsible in each case; Cloudflare as processor for providing the website and the enquiry form (section 2); and IONOS as provider of the domain and email mailboxes.
Cloudflare, Inc. is based in the USA. For transfers to the USA there is an adequacy decision of the EU Commission (EU-US Data Privacy Framework, Art. 45 GDPR (DSGVO)), under which Cloudflare is certified; in addition, Cloudflare has included the standard contractual clauses of the EU Commission (Art. 46(2)(c) GDPR (DSGVO)) in the data processing agreement. Beyond this, we do not transfer any data to countries outside the European Union or the European Economic Area.
7. Your rights
Within the framework of the statutory requirements, you have the right of access (Art. 15 GDPR (DSGVO)), rectification (Art. 16), erasure (Art. 17), restriction of processing (Art. 18) and data portability (Art. 20). To exercise them, simply contact info@trialed.de.
You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority. The authority responsible for us is the Landesbeauftragte für Datenschutz und Informationsfreiheit Nordrhein-Westfalen (State Commissioner for Data Protection and Freedom of Information of North Rhine-Westphalia), Kavalleriestraße 2–4, 40213 Düsseldorf.
8. Right to object
Where we process data on the basis of Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (DSGVO), you may object at any time on grounds relating to your particular situation (Art. 21 GDPR (DSGVO)). We will then no longer process the data, unless we can demonstrate compelling legitimate grounds or the processing serves the establishment, exercise or defence of legal claims.
9. Obligation to provide data and automated decisions
You are not obliged to provide us with personal data. Without contact details, however, we cannot reply to enquiries. Automated decision-making, including profiling, under Art. 22 GDPR (DSGVO) does not take place.
10. Security and updates
We use appropriate technical and organisational measures. This privacy notice will be updated if functions, service providers or legal requirements change.
