Clarify first
What is the light needed for: training, match play, which league? The lighting class follows from that. Also clarify who owns the facility, because responsibility and funding depend on it. If it belongs to the municipality, the project often runs through it.
Prepare the resolution
Obtain the necessary resolution from the board or members' meeting early and clarify who may sign for the club. The register extract and articles of association should be up to date. For the meeting, our one-pager is above.
Funding
For sports clubs, the programmes of the states and state sports federations are the right route. Rates, deadlines and conditions differ by state; our funding page shows them with a link to the funding body. Whether a programme applies to your club and to lighting is decided solely by the funding body.
The sequence decides
With some programmes, placing an order before approval can cost you the funding. Clarify the sequence with the funding body in advance and only sign afterwards.
What we take on

- Delivery of the floodlights; on request we also take care of the installation
- Scenes for training and match play, so that the light for the league match is not on during training

Yes. Whether and when the club may place the order is governed by the funding programme. Ask the funding body in advance.
What to do with smaller projects?
Here too, it is worth looking at the programmes of the state and the Landessportbund. Minimum thresholds differ by programme.
Do we have to install it ourselves?
That is your decision. We supply the floodlights; on request we also take care of the installation.
